This village was also impacted by the 2018 earthquakes and the Access Life Water Team was asked to come and survey their water situation with the hope of a long term solution.

This village was near the epicenter of the 2018 earthquakes that struck Lombok. The village already had access to water, however, the piping network was simply placed on top of the ground and multiple leaks had occurred due to the condition of aging and damaged pipe.

This village is located adjacent to our first project in the Pangsing area, but far enough away that they were not able to enjoy the benefits of the initial project. We were able to work with this small community to replace a 300 meter hose that was used to provide water from a well to this portion fo the village with actual water pipe.
